GF pasta is cooked in the same pasta water. The staff was knowledgeable about which items would be safe, which were only appetizers. I had some of the roasted cauliflower salad, beets, and Brussels sprouts. They all tasted pretty good

I did not eat here, because when I called ahead to ask about their gf options, as a celiac, they told me I should not eat there. They said that this place is not safe for you and sorry and have a nice day!

Delicious pasta and knowledgeable staff! Menu was not explicit but staff members knew exactly what sauces and toppings on each dish had gluten containing ingredients. Ordered the wild mushroom Alfredo and servers substituted fried lemons with fresh ones that weren’t battered. Pasta is boiled in the same water as gluten pasta so not free of cross contamination but otherwise excellent.
