Do not eat here if you’re celiac.

GF Pasta is cooked in same water as gluten pasta. The gf pasta is from a box. (they don’t wash pasta machines out between pastas, so their fresh gf pasta would come in contact w flour) you could request your pasta be boiled in its own pot but depending on how busy it is/how the staff feel, you may get denied. Even if they say they can accommodate, I would feel out how invested your server is. Very easy to forget too tell chefs.

Do not eat the fried brussel sprouts, they are deep fried in same oil as the breaded calamari.

You’re safest bet an unmixed salad - say you order a Cesar, all Cesar’s are mixed in a large bowl and tossed with croutons and/or breadcrumbs. They don’t use a different bowl to toss your salad if you order it without breadcrumbs. Again you could request your salad be tossed in a fresh bowl but you may be denied … I have asked for a fresh bowl, told they would accommodate, ate over half my salad and found a lone crouton hiding in my salad.

Be aware that the salad chef is responsible for making the fresh pasta, which is something they are doing their entire shift …. idk just good to be aware of if you’re celiac allergy is serious.

Other tips: The meatballs are made with breadcrumbs. The Mac and cheese is made from a rue, so it will always have flour/gluten in it.

If you’re at the 12th and Washington grassa, two blocks over is petunias - a dedicated gf, vegan bakery with some good lunch options.
