Had breakfast here. Ordered velvet breakfast which was sautéed seasonal vegetables with 2 eggs and choice of meat or vegan options, I chose bacon. I indicated I had a gluten “allergy” and the server knew immediately how to manage this, shared that the owner has Celiac and went through all the gluten- free options. She also asked if I needed to avoid dairy to accommodate this as well. She walked through the precautions they take and was so very helpful. It was a great meal, no issues at all, even tested with my Nima and confirmed gluten-free. They made me feel really comfortable and this is now on my go-to list of places to eat at!
