I rarely write negative reviews. This food was bad. The sauce on the spinach artichoke pasta was extremely acidic and there was some kind of vegetable that was unpleasantly fibrous. Though it seems to be celiac friendly.

The staff were all very knowledgeable about everything, and the service was friendly. The menu was a little odd as they had a gluten free section as well as things marked with a star/green circle on the normal menu that could be made gluten free. The food all had very nice flavor (even the Udis pizza which I don’t typically love). I really enjoyed the shrimp street tacos. The only thing to watch out for was that everything ran a bit on the spicier side (considering how far north the restaurant is).

They have a GF section on the menu. Typical options, but the pizza with Udi's crust was really good.
The manager personally helped me to find something that was both gluten & dairy free! I got the pasta with red sauce & a salad with lite Italian dressing!! Super good!

Had the chicken street tacos. The staff is knowledgeable and know how to direct those that have an intolerance vs CD.
The staff was very friendly. The gluten free menu had lots of options, including pizza and pasta. The pizza (made from an Udi's crust) I ate was very delicious, possibly the best I've ever eaten. I would highly recommend eating here!

Green Mill in Albert Lea is very good about making sure your needs are taken care of. I love the Spinach pecan cranberry salad.

The gf pizza is on an Udi's crust. Gf menu is listed on their website. I enjoyed the food too!

They don't have a separate gf menu so it makes it hard to look so I had to use this app for the menu and then some of the things on it they didn't have. The cilantro lime shrimp salad was delicious. Glad this chain is trying though :) every chain that has gf options should have their staff trained on it. We'll get there :)
Yes
Menu is clearly listed Gf items. Salads are great!
Gf Udi’s brand pizza, said it was cooked separately with safety. Ordered breakfast the next morning, ordered a couple eggs and bacon and it was safe.

I had the gluten free penne pasta with chicken, portobello and onions in a creamy Marsala sauce. It was very good and didn’t taste gf! I would recommend when you crave a big bowl of pasta with a great lake view. Service was great too.

Brought my dish with regular pasta. I ate a few bites and had a strong feeling I was eating gluten pasta. So I asked if it was for sure gluten free and the waiter told me yes. I ate a few more bites before he came and told me it wasn’t. He got the manager, who came over and said they were making the dish over for me and wouldn’t charge me for my meal. The whole point of my husband and I going out to this restaurant was so that I could eat a meal without gluten. We had had an appetizer that was gluten free before the meal. Mh husband got upset and said we shouldn’t have to pay for anything because I would be paying for their mistake for weeks. The manager said he couldn’t do that. My husband and I stood up, said they didn’t take me seriously, and that we were leaving. The manager followed us through the restraint and told us not to come back.

Skip eating here. Yes they use Udi’s buns but they serve them frozen with your burger. Burger was tough to cut with a knife. Gross

I had the gluten free pizza and you can choose some toppings. It was actually really good. It tasted like normal pizza 😃. I never had any reaction either. Staff was really nice.
