Totally enjoyed their food. The service was great and all the employees were friendly. Our teenager is Celiac and loved the onion rings - mozzerella wedges and chicken tenders and hot fudge sundae. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area. Highly recommend.

I had the immense pleasure of dining at Seb's a few days ago. I found this amazing restaurant on the Find me Gluten Free app and I am SO happy I went! The staff is as wonderful as the food! I was given a new found hope in a young generation of workers, each one with a smile on their face and happy to answer any questions and go the extra mile. Seb, the proud (and rightfully so) owner, was so incredibly thoughtful. he brought me on a tour of the kitchen to show me the fantastic celiac safe practices of zero cross contamination and the amazing rolls shipped in from a bakery in California. I literally had to ask to make sure I got the GF bun it was so darn good! The chicken used is only fresh chicken breast and it has been expertly butchered to have zero fat or gristle. it makes a huge difference! the batter is light and crispy and does not make you feel weighed down. clearly the oil for the dedicated fryers must be changed daily because you tasted the fresh food ingredients, not any grease! I loved being able to get a fresh green salad to accompany my fried goodies I had -balance! ;-) several seltzer flavor options was a great addition to their bottled drink selection so I could go guilt free but flavorful with my drink too...THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will post this review on other sites as well...

The only gluten it's they serve are rolls and cones. Everything on the menu is available gf. The fryer is dedicated. The gf food is presented on a separate tray when the food is brought out for the table. Super safe!

What a gem! The restaurant is a little Celiac gem. It's a small little restaurant with a little menu (hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken tenders, sandwiches, and some sides) BUT it is super safe. I felt very comfortable eating there. The prices are good, speed is quick, and the atmosphere is cute. It's a seasonal restaurant, so check to make sure they're open. If they are, visit.

What an amazing experience! Felt incredibly safe from start to finish. Was reassured many times that the food was celiac safe. The food was delicious and such a treat!! The owners are so incredibly kind, friendly, and thoughtful. Go go go!

What a great place! This friendly, family run eatery fills your burger and fries cravings and then some. All fried items are GF- onion rings, fried mozzarella wedges, chicken, cheeseburgers, etc. Ice cream, including GF cones. Top quality ice cream and when I visited there was a gf brownie sundae. The only non-gf item they serve is a wheat bun for those who want it. They keep it VERY separate from the GF orders. No upcharges, fair pricing. The dad told me the family opened the place so their two celiac sons could eat like regular teenagers. Nice vibe, good food, indoor and outdoor seating, very close to beautiful Owasco Lake and Emerson Park. Check it out!

This is our favorite place to go as a family. They have a dedicated fryer… my daughter can finally have everything that we can have… onion rings, French fries, chicken tenders, burgers, etc. They DO offer regular buns for those that are not celiac BUT they are very careful with cross contamination. The GF food is labeled so as to not get the orders confused. The owner’s son has celiacs so they understand all too well the challenges that go along with trying to go out to eat as a family. My only wish is that they were open year round or open another restaurant 😂

The food is incredible. I had to try the chicken, onion rings, and cheese wedges, and I was in love. Even my daughter that doesn't need to have gluten free loved the food. The owner came out to see how everything was and explained his practices. Her was super friendly and informative. Don't miss out on this place!

Gluten free onion rings from a dedicated fryer...need I say more?! Both owners have Sons w/ Celiac and 99% of their menu can be made gf. They change gloves, package items separately and have a separate prep area. Customer service is #1 and they have both outdoor and indoor dining with gf ice cream options too!

We talked with the owner for awhile. He has a family member with celiac and has gone out of his way to make this restaurant a place that is safe for people with celiac. If you are looking for a good gluten free burger place I definitely recommend!

The entire menu can be made gluten free! Onion rings, chicken tenders, fried chicken sandwich, ice cream cones! All they need to add is a fish fry and it will be perfect! Several employees have celiac and everyone is well aware of precautions. Gluten free food is bagged separately. Daughter has never had an issue with cross contamination!

We love the New Sebs Green Shutters. Our daughter has celiac and we all eat GF most of the time with her. She loved the food here so much she asked for a job!! Lol.

This place is great! The owner’s son has celiac. You don’t have to ask for them to change gloves. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free. The menu is simple - burgers, fries, icecream etc. But tastes so good. Their soft serve is to die for! Super creamy. And they have great onion rings and chicken strips.
