I love their hot bar, as well as the grab-n-go deli items. They always have a soup that is gluten-free and dairy-free, and they also label things as vegan or vegetarian. They have the healthiest options in town for fast food!

For those with soy allergies in addition to gluten be careful what you grab from the bakery and grab-n-go. Soy is not always listed as an allergen.

They have the best soups and sandwiches! They note which soups are wheat-free, and you can get the sandwiches made with wheat-free bread. Since it's also a grocery store with plenty of gluten-free options, you can grab gluten-free sides to eat with your soup or sandwich. My new favorite spot!
