I usually avoid burgers & fries from non-dedicated restaurants but felt reassured after talking to the servers and grill chef. Dedicated fryer and separate grill area for the burger (no buns on the grill). Everything was delicious and I got to enjoy it with a TwøBays GF pale ale. Wished more restaurants (especially back home in Canada) could pull this off. This is a very casual restaurant on the top floor of a shopping mall.

Grill'd is not coeliac friendly. It says on their menu.

Great burgers, gluten free chicken bites and onion rings. There's a warning on the menu that it's not guaranteed safe for celiacs but I had no ill effects in 3 visits. Definitely recommended!

Easy to order at counter. Did not have gf bun and did not get sick. Chips are in their own fryer.

Accommodating to cealiac sensitivity. Most things can be tailored GF and is very safe.

I was a little afraid to eat here with all the gluten but they did well. I got a bacon cheeseburger. I elected not to get a gf bun but they do have them available and got their grilled chips/fries. All tasted wonderful and I did not get sick.
Yes
We have eaten at Grill’d a lot- burgers and chips, at different locations. We were a bit taken aback when we went yesterday and saw what seemed to be a new statement on their menu that their GF offerings were not suitable for coeliacs. We had a long talk with them and they told us their processes, which hadn’t changed, which include new gloves, separate utensils, separate grill. They were very helpful and very careful. My daughter has immediate reactions to gluten, and she was fine, no reaction thankfully, and a delicious meal.

Has option of gluten free buns for burgers and all the fried foods are gluten free. When I asked for a gluten free bun the staff asked for allergies and noted down I was coeliac. Then they confirmed my meal was gluten free when they served it to me. The bun falls apart but it tastes good. So good to have a regular place for chips where I don't have to worry about them being cross contaminated in the fryer.

Really great, they always ask me if it's for allergy or preference and always make effort to cook separately.
