Celiac friendly?

Yes

The staff was extremely friendly and they have gluten free sub rolls. Very knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination precautions. The menu states what contains gluten and every sandwich can be made GF. Lots of side options besides chips that are gluten free as well. I did not get sick and it tasted amazing... and we all know GF bread can be nasty, but this was delicious.

I've been here twice. The GF bread is really good. The choice of sandwiches is extensive. Most importantly I didn't get sick. The waitress seemed pretty knowledgeable as well.

That now offer a gluten free bread, which is the best I've had in any local restaurant. They don't offer it toasted, but it doesn't matter because it actually tastes like regular bread. They also have gluten free chips and salads.

No gluten free bread, and some of the servers weren't very sure about a lot of the menu items and whether they were gf. I just had a sandwich in a lettuce wrap with chips. One positive: several of the sauces are gf!

I went here on a Friday afternoon and we sat at the bar top. The restaurant was clean. The waitress and another waiter took time to explain to me the menu and their favorite sandwiches and what was safe. They assured me they would take care with my GF roll and I watched them prepare my sandwich on a special board away from the rest of the prep area. My sandwich was absolutely delicious but more importantly I felt very safe here and I didn’t get sick.

I had a dip sandwich on the GF roll which was very good and not tiny! Great experience and no reaction noticed.

I had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and had a special kit they pull out to make gluten free and safe sandwiches. They used fresh toppings, changed gloves, and toasted it separate and covered. Sandwich was very good.

My favorite sandwich in columbia is GF with Udis bread. Cross contamination is unlikely given the sandwiches are prepared and microwaved on their own plates, so Im sure if you asked them to change their gloves it would be close to 0 cross contamination.

So friendly and helpful!! My 6yo daughter has celiacs therefore looking for Gf options in Georgetown. This deli has Udi’s GF Sub Roll and can heat sandwiches safely. Their chips are also GF! The waitress was knowledgeable and very sweet!
