Absolutely love Grounds and Gold! One of my go-to places in Arlington. The owner's wife has had food allergies so they actually understand how to make gluten free. I don't know if they could be considered Celiac though because of possible cross-contamination. But I'm very sensitive to gluten and I've never been gluten'ed eating here. A lot of menu items can be customized to be gluten free or free pf other allergy foods. The baked goods are truly delicious and I would say better than most "typical" baked goods with gluten! The apple maple walnut muffin is SO GOOD! You can custom make a breakfast biscuit and it's delicious. It always has a good atmosphere. Just an awesome place overall.
