Cute shop. They do have baked goods from Pinch of Salt, however the gf baked goods are in the same case and next to non gf baked goods. I tried one of the breakfast biscuits, it was good, however I did have a reaction.

Have good gf options and are super nice. Little expensive but worth the price. One of my fave coffee and light breakfast spots :)

EDIT/UPDATE: no longer safe for Celiac :( they have all new staff and i rarely see the owner anymore (who was a little more good about allergy precautions) and i've gotten sick from them accidentally giving me a gluten biscuit instead of gf :/

Absolutely love Grounds and Gold! One of my go-to places in Arlington. The owner's wife has had food allergies so they actually understand how to make gluten free. I don't know if they could be considered Celiac though because of possible cross-contamination. But I'm very sensitive to gluten and I've never been gluten'ed eating here. A lot of menu items can be customized to be gluten free or free pf other allergy foods. The baked goods are truly delicious and I would say better than most "typical" baked goods with gluten! The apple maple walnut muffin is SO GOOD! You can custom make a breakfast biscuit and it's delicious. It always has a good atmosphere. Just an awesome place overall.

Best gluten free cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. The baristas are so sweet and happy to accommodate for gluten issues. This is my favorite coffee shop and I am so happy I live close by.

Horrible experience, staff has zero clue of ingredients. Just because it is gluten free doesn’t mean that most with allergies can eat. If you advertise as allergy friendly have a comprehensive list of what’s in your food. They had all kinds of things from biscuits to muffins to cinnamon rolls that looked fantastic, really a total failure.

Great experience! The gluten free biscuit was tasty and held together!

I am not celiacs but I do have 2 gene for Gluten Sensitivity. I saw this from the app and tried it. First time it was so good I was nervous they didn’t give me gluten free because it doesn’t come out marked. Today I got (2) biscuits and they brought it out and told me it was gluten free which made me feel great! I miss biscuits the most. Makes me heart happy!

I talked to a lady the first time I was here. Her daughter is Celiac and trust this place.

This is a very nice cafe and bakery. Their lattes are delicious and they have GF confections! Love the cinnamon rolls. Their ingredients are very high quality. They have breakfast items soup, sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, and charcuterie. They use local ingredients mostly. I haven't been sick from here before.

The food was delicious, but I was violently ill afterward for half a day. I had the GF chef’s biscuit and it was delicious, but there was definitely contamination.

They also offer avocado toast and a variety of sandwiches that can be ordered with gluten-free bread. Their salads are another great option.

They have a rewards program if you will be a frequent flyer.
