Items are marked with a GF symbol on the regular menu, but the server didn't seem to know much about it. One that had the symbol had bread, so I asked if it was GF bread, and she said no, the bread is just on the side. So I guess GF people are supposed to know not to eat the bread? The fries were marked GF and I asked if there was a separate fryer, but she said no, there's just one fryer. Good effort, but you still need to be very careful. That being said, the food was delicious. I had the small plate paella and loved it. I did not get glutened.
The regular menu has a dozen or so items marked with a gluten free symbol. Tapas are like appetizers. You get several 'small plate' items. I got the Spanish omelet (tortilla espanola) and paella (Spanish rice w seafood).
