I have Celiac Disease, my mother is gluten intolerant (possibly Celiac) and my sister and her husband aren't. My sister and her husband love this restaurant so I called to see if there might be anything our mother and I could eat safely. I was told they frequently make gluten free options for customers and that the majority of their dishes contain 100% rice noodles and most sauces could be safely modified if necessary. We ordered beef and chicken (separate) Pad Se Ew, Pad Kee Mao (spice level 3 and I felt like I was breathing fire and it was awesome!), the Papaya Salad, a vegetable soup and Tom Ka soup. This was my first time having Thai food and I loved every bite. I do react and get very sick if I've accidentally consumed even a crumb of gluten. Our whole family was able to enjoy the food here and I can't wait to go again!

I have been coming here since Mid-2020. Had no issues until my last 2 orders, where the server (over the phone) said, that she's unsure if this can be made gluten free both times. The second time it was the owner on the phone who said this.
My symptoms don't usually begin for a day or so, so it's hard to tell if my symptoms were due to the Pho I had there, but unfortunately I no longer feel safe coming here.
Which is a shame because the Pho is amazing here.
