The sausage is what makes the pizza excellent here in my opinion. Had a pizza without it and it was just ok. Service was very slow as seems to be a theme in Joplin.

Gusano’s is my go-to place for gluten free pizza.

I’ve never experienced cross contamination there, and the service is great.

I usually order a the deluxe pizza. There’s a $2 charge for the gluten free crust, and it’s definitely worth it.

Tuesday night is 1/2 off pizza night.

They also have a cauliflower crust which I haven’t tried.

Traveling through on the intestate and found this gem on my gluten free app. Nice pizza place, amazing service and above all a choice of GF pizza crust or cauliflower crust. I chose the GF crust and was not disappointed! It was thin, crispy, flavorful with perfect toppings and best of all, no cross contamination! We will stop again on our next trip through.

I was in Joplin for a weekend and tried this place. The pizza was pretty good and I got a cup of marinara sauce to dip my pizza in. The sauce was tasty! I would eat here again if I come back.

Very good food! The chicken wings were wheat free for another option than just the pizza.

This is the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The server assured me that everything was done separate and they also have dips with Frito's.

Excellent GF pizza! My daughters and I (all three of us have Celiac) were thrilled to enjoy delivery pizza for the first time in years, and an hour later, we're thrilled to be feeling great, no symptoms of being glutened. We will definitely be ordering again and recommending to all GF friends in the area.

Ate here last night and got a cauliflower crust pizza. It was pretty good! Heavy on the cheese and not very crispy. They have an option of gluten free or cauliflower crust. It’s not my favorite gf pizza I’ve had but it’s definitely not my least favorite, and I would eat here again!

Make sure your server lets the kitchen know about you being gluten intolerant. We went a week ago and had the best service - no gluten reactions either! Our server took my condition seriously. My husband and I went yesterday for lunch. I told my server I had a gluten intolerance and she shrugged her shoulders and said “okay.” Needless to say, she didn’t pass on that information, and the kitchen cross contaminated our pizzas. I had an immediate reaction after the GF cheesy bread on cauliflower crust. She also charged us wrong (found this out when I spoke with our previous server). Just be careful. They have great pizza, but make sure the kitchen knows!!

So glad to find a gluten-free pizzeria, and this place has 2 options for GF - - thin crust or cauliflower crust. We opted for the gf thin crust with pepperoni and mushrooms and it was fantastic! Got a side Greek salad and wine. Such a perfect meal! My husband is not GF and loved this pizza.

Great pizza and they are completely safe. I’m not celiac but my wife is and she didn’t get sick or anything. The pizza taste is amazing too. I had the Buffalo Chicken pizza with gluten free crust and was not at all disappointed. We always eat here when we stop in Texarkana and have never been disappointed.
