Gusto Pizza

I got the steak and cheese wrap and fries baked in the oven. It was really good. I let them know ahead I have severe Celiac issues. They took all the precautions they could and I had no issues. Can’t wait to go back. Though I might try the steak and cheese in a GF bun. They do have flour on site but again, I had no issues.

Great place. The owner spoke with me about the pizza he was making for my celiac husband. He helped with creating it (we needed it Sunday. They are closed) and this was Saturday. He par-cooked it. Gave me directions on finishing it. So it wasn’t “reheated”. It was great. He was so great to take the time. This was the first time we had take out pizza since his diagnosis in 2017. I liked it. And I’m not celiac.

The Cobb salad is my go too it is amazing. Also, I have never had any issues with the food there. They also have gluten free pizza and wraps.

Pizzas and wraps are both great! The staff takes extra precautions, including asking if it was an allergy when I requested gluten free. Part of our order was gluten free and part wasn’t, so when they delivered my wrap, it was wrapped in both tin foil and plastic to reduce the likelihood of cross contamination. I’ve ordered here a few times and never had any kind of issue.

They are AWESOME. When I order GF, they ask if it’s an allergy. The owner has come on the phone to confirm my allergy before. They’re very cautious. I’ve ordered their pizza, GF wraps, GF sandwiches, etc. I’m making my way through the menu. Their online menu has “GF” next to their options but pretty much anything can be made GF there. I suggest their Greek salad wrap! So good! Only takeout place around I trust.

We have been getting gluten free pizza here for about 8 years without a problem. We are so thankful to be able to eat gf pizza every week!
