Gluten-wise, the server was knowledgeable and knew what was/could be made GF. I had the steak and cheese sandwich on a GF bun— fries are not GF, substituted for side salad. Not a life changing experience, but it was safe. Would probably go back!
Vibe-wise, this place is impossible to pin down. It seems like a front for something. It was practically empty on a Friday night— around 7:30 there was a good amount of people, but by 8 it was cleared out. We were stressed about getting to our reservation on time, but definitely didn’t need to be. The hostesses seemed to be in on the gimmick and having fun with it— the servers did not. Our server was rushed and seemed nervous, I felt kinda bad for him.
The decor is a combination of gorgeous Art Deco, 2000’s cabin-core, with massive street-art style flavortown wall decals. Take that as you will.
