Guy’s doesn’t have a gf menu but their waitstaff is very knowledgeable and helped me with the various gf choices. I had a burger with tomato and onion and served in a lettuce wrap. They offered various sides since the fries aren’t fried in a dedicated fryer. I had roasted Brussel sprouts, which were delicious! The service was great. I have celiac disease and I felt very safe at Guy’s.

Gluten-wise, the server was knowledgeable and knew what was/could be made GF. I had the steak and cheese sandwich on a GF bun— fries are not GF, substituted for side salad. Not a life changing experience, but it was safe. Would probably go back!
Vibe-wise, this place is impossible to pin down. It seems like a front for something. It was practically empty on a Friday night— around 7:30 there was a good amount of people, but by 8 it was cleared out. We were stressed about getting to our reservation on time, but definitely didn’t need to be. The hostesses seemed to be in on the gimmick and having fun with it— the servers did not. Our server was rushed and seemed nervous, I felt kinda bad for him.
The decor is a combination of gorgeous Art Deco, 2000’s cabin-core, with massive street-art style flavortown wall decals. Take that as you will.
5 stars!

I told the waiter I had celiac and couldn't handle cross-contamination; she told me before I could ask that the fries would be unsafe, and offered me a salad instead. I asked if she was sure that the burgers could be safe from contamination, and she assured me that she was. I enjoyed the salad and the burger I ordered, and had no symptoms afterward.

I decided to give this place a chance when I saw they had vegan nachos. Once seated I talked with the waitress and she was very helpful. She helped me order a very yummy cheese burger. The cheese was homemade vegan mozzarella. The bun was gluten free and delicious. She even had a special allergy pad that she wrote my order on along with whether I could handle cross contamination. For a side I got a house salad that was a good size with a lemon vinagrette since the fries aren't free of contamination. For a drink I got a Caliente margarita which was spicy and worth a try.
