We are at the market, not in the official smokehouse so they had a limited menu. Me and my celiac coworkers had the brisket and the fries (had their own oil/frier). We also had the signature bbq sauce and no issues/reaction. The cashier wasn’t very knowledgeable but the cook was.

Nothing was marked (except the menu did state they had gluten free buns). In their defense, I didn’t ask the staff what was or was not gluten free. That said, I did some quick research online and found most of their sauces were gluten free. I had the pulled pork platter. It was good.
I had a great and safe gf lunch at Guy’s. Plenty of choices and waiter was very knowledgeable. Delicious!
Awfulservice. Food was subpar.
Terrible service but excellent burger with GF bun
Food was okay. Even after working through it they still sent my food out with bread on it. Service was horrible. Will not be back.
Food is good, but service was just ok. Ordered a smokehouse burger gluten free and wings (was told they were done in their own fryer) for an appetizer, also gluten free.
Wings came out with sauce and something just told me to ask and I am glad I did because they were not gluten free. They were covered in sauce. So had to order more and because of that it came after we already started our meal. Would always recommend d checking when they bring it to verify it is gluten free.
Food is good. BUT, the staff is beyond inept in regards to knowledge about food ingredients. I informed the hostess (we were ordering to-go because there was a 45 min wait even though 7+ tables were open) I needed an allergen menu. She said they didn't have one. When I told her I was allergic to wheat she said, "Oh you don't need to worry about that. We don't have any of that in this restaurant". That should've been my first clue. The bartender had never had anyone with dietary restrictions order from him before. My meal came out with French fries from a shared fryer, flour coated waffle fries, and flour coated onion strings on my burger. They fixed the burger, but never did get the fries right. If you're sensitive, stay away. Also, atmosphere is crowded and loud.

Extensive GF menu complete with Udi's buns. Need to remind them to leave cornbread off platter as it's not GF. The smoked chicken is excellent.
