Hai Hai has a very unique menu that is like no Asia inspired restaurant we had eaten at before. Servers were great, knowledgeable and ready to provide a gf-experience. Good times!

I went with some friends last week for dinner and my favorite part was definitely the pork ribs tocino they had on their starters! I also got a cocktail and for my entree I got the Thai Hainanese chicken and rice (specifies on the menu it can be made celiac safe— check with your server!!)

One of my favorite restaurants in Minneapolis. I’ve never had a reaction or gotten sick after eating here, and all servers are trained on gluten free AND celiac protocols. Their menus even list differentiations between gluten free friendly foods and those safer for celiacs. They do have a dedicated fryer and will make additional accommodations if you mention you’re celiac. They’ll also make a note on your order. Highly highly recommend!

Delicious food and cocktails with lots of GF options, and the staff was very knowledgeable. Our server knew Celiac’s well and helped us navigate a delicious meal.

Fresh and exciting food that is different from the norm. The food comes out fast and they do great with making gluten free food that is safe. A good portion of the menu is gluten free already or can be made gluten free.

I got spring rolls, a vietnamese crepe, and vietnamese coffee. It was very good. No reaction at all. The food is very unique, I'd never eaten anything like it before.

One of the few restaurants I can consistently trust in the Twin Cities! Almost all dishes can be made not only gluten free, but Celiac safe. When they bring the food out, they are sure to say which dish is Celiac safe as well. Nothing but good things to say about Hai Hai!!

Tasty food and drinks and very much caters to celiac’s. Can’t wait to go back!
Edited to add the last two times I ate here in 2020 I got sick, I was also given the wrong (not gluten free) sauce for the spring rolls and had to ask if they changed the sauce, but was not given the gluten free sauce. Had I not known the sauce was different I would have been glutened again.

About 50% of the menu is gluten free, and according to the waitress, there is a separate fryer for gluten free, just make sure you mention you're celiac. Super tasty!

Enjoyed dinner at Hai Hai last night. They have many GF items on their menu and we ordered several of them. Everything tasted delicious and came out gluten free as requested. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Lots of GF options with staff that take cross-contamination seriously. Great that they have a dedicated fryer because the fried tofu is amazing! You can often avoid the peak hours wait time by snagging a spot at the bar which has the full food menu.

Great food, lots of options, staff seemed very knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination

Amazing!! So safe and the food is brilliant!

The food and cocktails are amazing. Almost everything on the menu is or can be made gluten free and celiac safe. The menu differentiates between gluten free (GF) and gluten free but only celiac safe if you request they use the gluten free fryer (GFF). However, we ordered the clams appetizer which was labeled GF, although it has something fried. But, since I mentioned I have celiac they were on top of it. The staff really know what they're doing. One of the bartenders mentioned they're owned or managed (or something like that) by the same folks as Hola Arepa, which is also very gluten free friendly. And again, really delicious food. Also nice atmosphere/music - we sat at the bar on Friday evening.
