Hamachi Sushi Bar

I eat at Hamachi about once a week and love it very much. The staff is very knowledgeable about their gluten free options, and they offer gluten free soy sauce. I have never gotten sick here and have been going for two years now. Great place for some quality sushi!

The fish here is amazing quality. Absolutely delicious. Solid cross contamination protocols, where the sushi chef changed gloves, wiped down the prep area, knives, and plastic wrapped bamboo mats with a clean cloth. They have gluten free soy sauce as well. From the vantage point at the sushi bar, I would imagine that the rice can get cross contaminated from all chefs grabbing rice with their gloved hands. However I have never gotten sick and the fish is good enough quality to be totally content with only sashimi.
