First time I went here 4 years ago it was great. Unfortunately the last two times, no so much. I've ordered gf options to-go and in house and both times they've come out not gluten free. The first time I caught it, but tonight I was two pieces of sushi in before I realized it.
Definitely don't believe it's any issue due to waitstaff. My server was very attentive when putting in the order. I think the issue lies with those preparing the sushi.

Delicious, and amazing!
When asked about gluten free options they were able to substitute just about anything to make the rolls gluten free.
If you ask about an item they will tell you if you can have it or not.
They were very patient with all my questions.

I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick. A lot of the rolls can be prepared GF, just mark it on the menu and ask if unsure. I think the sushi here is very good, and others I have brought agreed.

Awful. Asked for all gluten free menu items and they came out not gluten free. Asked about it because it didn’t look gluten free to me and she told me not to worry about it since I asked for gluten free. Asked her to check with the chef and none of it was gluten free, I ended up eating a whole roll and one of the rolls of the other. Spent the rest of my vacation here miserable.
