Their sushi rice doesn't have gluten and they're happy to change knives and gloves if you ask them. They also have gluten free soy sauce (you have to ask for it). But, they're not 100% certain if some of their ingredients contain gluten - including spicy sauce and anything with eel in it. They're also unsure if anything fried or with tempura has gluten in the batter. I felt fine after my sushi which was pretty simple, you might be taking a risk if you get anything else though.

Hole-in-the wall sized Japanese restaurant in a strip mall with a nice homey feel. And the wait staff were well aware of what gluten is, which foods had it and which didn’t. They have gluten-free soy sauce, always a welcomed sign. Food was delicious, no problems. Will definitely come here again. Great spot for a date.
