Outstanding experience. Manager explained they are Coeliac UK Accredited, that gluten free food is prepared in a separate allergy prep zone which is only used for 1 customer at a time & cleaned down for each customer. Clean utensils are used for each customer & food prepped by person wearing clean gloves. Separate GF fryer for fries only. Food (a fantastic cheeseburger in GF bun with fries) came with a purple flag, as they told us it would, brought to us by manager & they told us our ketchup bottle was new - it was still sealed when they brought it! 10/10 for everything!

What a lovely treat to have a separate gluten free menu to pick from, with many options! The server was well educated and even brought out an allergen guide to reassure me. A manager also stopped by my table to go over their protocols and food handling. It was very much appreciated! The food was delicious and the vibes were great.

Wow! Very friendly knowledgeable staff, gluten free menu, and the manager stopped by my table without me even asking. He reviewed all the kitchen protocols and confirmed they use a dedicated fryer. The food was great.

Alles bestens nach der Bestellung kam die Managerin und erklärte uns wie sie das mit dem GF hinbekommen getrennte Bereiche etc. Und was auch nicht gehen würde. Hatten Burger bestellt Geröstete Zwiebeln und die Soßen nicht aber dafür Ketchup. Die Pommes übrigens super lecker sind in einer extra Fritteuse Hergestellt so dass es auch keine Probleme kam. Haben extra GF Möglichkeiten der Karte.

All staff understand about the needs and challenges with being coeliac and offer a gluten free menu, use separate area in kitchen to ensure cross contamination is kept to a minimum! Their burgers are amazing!

As soon as I asked for a gluten free menu I was not only given one, but the manager came over and explained the entire food preparation process to me and was so informed and informative. Overall amazing dining experience and would highly recommend for any celiac’s eating out in Edinburgh 👍

I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ask about how safely I could eat at this restaurant gluten-free. He assured me not to eat the fries as they recently switched brands and they would have wheat - and now the fryer would be cross contaminated, so don’t order wings

I asked his name and if he would be there and could babysit my meals since I am driving seven hours tomorrow

The manager was leaving - and yet he share with the next manager name Sam

When I arrived, I met Sam who had told the kitchen staff and bartender of my sensitive food allergy

I have had to eat this way for 19 years - and I have learned how important it is to talk to a manager and stress how important it is to eat out without cross contamination…- and yay! I had a great pulled pork sandwich on a GF bun with mashed potatoes and it was delicious and I didn’t get sick!

GF burger was awful. Avoid for a proper meal. Wings were nice but the patty from the burger is one of the worst I’ve had. Go elsewhere!
