We eat here regularly on the sushi side. They have GF soy sauce. Some waiters will make you feel more confident than others, but they are definitely trying. Management says they want to take care of people with food allergies so if you take your time and ask questions you will get a good response. If you want hibachi/fried rice they will make it in the kitchen in a separate pan.

I had hibachi here. Staff was very helpful. They made my gluten free food in the back to ensure no cross contamination. Make sure to bring your own yum yum sauce! They didn’t give me sauce because it wasn’t gluten free.

We did takeout hibachi from Harmony; when I went to pick it up, the chef came out to talk to me personally about the GF options. She made sure to let me know that my food had been made in a separate part of the kitchen and that everything that was safe to eat was marked GF.
