We eat here regularly on the sushi side. They have GF soy sauce. Some waiters will make you feel more confident than others, but they are definitely trying. Management says they want to take care of people with food allergies so if you take your time and ask questions you will get a good response. If you want hibachi/fried rice they will make it in the kitchen in a separate pan.
