This place is incredible!! Highly trained staff for a fine-dining experience with reasonable prices and a seasonal menu. Almost every thing was already gluten free or could be made gluten free. Appetizers used things like chicken-pea flour or gluten free panko to ensure inclusivity for all guests. They made a special note on my entree which was the Halibut (freshly caught in Alaska and served mostly in March). We finished with the pistachio crème brûlée. Everything was so unbelievably delicious.
