They have a separate GF menu. Not much variety though. No dedicated fryer. The waiter had no idea what gluten free allergy or coeliac was, so I have no doubt they cross contaminated my food. I had a “burger” on GF bread which wasn’t very nice… had some disgusting coleslaw in it… had to pay extra for cheese which seemed random, especially since the burger had virtually nothing on it anyway. Side salad was gross too. Would have rather gone hungry!

Had a GF menu and some nice options to choose from.

My gluten free sliders (ordered off the gluten free menu) looked too good to be true, so I double checked and it was confirmed that they were not GF.

Tasty! Gf menu available, nice relaxing pool side eating ambience.
They were very understanding and have gluten free bread to make any of the sandwiches that they offer. As of today, 10/2019, they didn’t have a dedicated fryer. Their salads are wonderful!
The pool bar has really good food and a separate gf menu. The sushi restaurant is always accommodating to make gf sushi. I’ve eaten at both places a few times and didn’t get sick.
I stayed at the Rosen Center—and although nothing came up on the app, they do have GF menus at all the restaurant locations (also ate at Everglades and Red’s Deli so far). I haven’t gotten sick from anything I have had, which is a major plus in my book! I had the steak salad. It is literally a steak on top of a salad—a little unwieldy to eat, but I was hungry! It came with a hamburger bun on the side (gf), which seemed a little strange...but I’ve had stranger things served to me.
