Hat Creek has GOOD, not great burgers. They need to pay closer attention to their price of a sandwich. It’s WAY Overpriced

This location’s night staff is NOT looking out for my safety and is not paying attention to detail. I ordered a gluten free Big Hat combo tonight in the drive thru and repeated gluten free twice, and the girl even repeated it back to me. I have Celiac disease and am unable to eat any sort of gluten which is why I am a frequent customer at Hat Creek as this location offers outstanding GF options. However, none of this matters when they get the order wrong and I get home (after they close) and it’s a standard white wheat bun! This is literally the second time in a row that my order has been messed up, and I have lost out on a meal I’ve been craving not to mention $25 now!! I can’t trust that my autoimmune disease and special dietary needs are being taken serious at Hat Creek - Keller, and now I’m questioning if there isn’t cross contamination taking place in their kitchen if they can’t seem to get an order right twice in a row….

The fried chicken is always gluten free and it’s fantastic. They have gluten free buns. The fries are gluten free and all sauces are gluten free.

I just discovered this place and have been back 3 days in a row for the chicken flashers. My daughter and I have celiac and we did not get sick. I have only had the chicken, fries, and cheese fries. I will be back 😂

Ordered burgers with gluten free buns for myself (gluten sensitive) & my son (Celiac). Ordered gluten free chicken strips for grandson (wheat allergy). Everyone else in family got regular burgers. We tested gluten free buns with our Nima sensor & showed both contained gluten. The gluten free chicken was fine. We’re thinking it must be do to cross contamination. I called next day & left message for manager to call me. Never received a call back. Very obvious this location does not take gluten issues seriously. Very disappointed since this was for my son’s birthday dinner. He had been looking forward to it after reading reviews of other locations. Will not be back! Not safe for Celiacs.

I love hat creek restaurants, they are the safest fast food option for celiac disease. All sides are gluten free!

After researching the gluten free menu online, I asked for a copy of it at the restaurant. All workers except the manager were clueless. Didn't know what gluten free was. Bad start. I asked for the burger without the bun and the sauce (the bottle of sauce did not indicate it was gluten free). I asked what was prepared in the fryer besides the fries, worried that the chicken nuggets would cause cross contamination. The manager said that everything in the fryer was gluten free. I made it through lunch without getting sick and the food was tastey. Would I go back? Nope. Train your staff please!!!!
