Not sure why these reviews are good. The cashier told me they try their best but cross contact would most likely happen so if you’re celiac or have a bad allergy she says she DOES NOT RECOMMEND. Went to Lupe tortilla close by instead and it was delicious Tex mex!

My go-to burger place! It is so nice being able to get a burger with a bun, fries, and chicken nuggets!

You can also get their chocolate, vanilla, mint, and strawberry shakes. I have personally checked the labels for them and they are GF!❤

Really tasty and never had a problem even with special orders like a crispy chicken sandwich with a burger patty.

Hat creek hasn't had gluten free buns in at least a month and has no idea when they will have them again. They told me this is true for all locations. Supposedly due to distribution problems.

For persons with multiple food sensitivities: While the fried pickles are coated in a GF mix, they are marinated in Buttermilk (dairy). All the fryer oil is soybean oil.

My daughter has celiac. Separate fryer for GF. She gets to have chicken nuggets and a fried chicken sandwich with Udis bun. Careful with sauces, not all are GF. Speak to manger each time and they are very accommodating

I cannot believe that their FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH is GLUTEN FREE!!! What?! I haven't had fried chicken in YEARS. And it was SO GOOD. A manager came out and verified that their fryers are gluten free and that they use gluten free breading on all their fried foods. Nuggets (flashers), fried pickles... 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Definitely will be back in the future!

Very safe. Their fryers are dedicated gluten-free and completely separate from the gluten items. They are also very accommodating for celiac and will change gloves before preparing your food if you ask.

Came here from out of town, food was fantastic! I have Celiac as well as a severe wheat allergy and didn't get sick. The guy that made my food brought it out and said he cleaned everything and its 100% safe. And it was, super yummy too!

Hat Creek is such a great place for families with Celiac. Burgers are juicy & delicious, and the fried chicken sandwich is reminiscent of when I could have Chick-fil-A before having to go GF! (Hat Creek version tastes better IMO) Just remember to ask for sauce on the GF bun since it doesn’t come with.

My son has Celiac. All the fried foods are GF. They even have fried pickles. They have the GF buns as an option. He was full and happy walking out. Will definitely be back.

All fried items are gluten free, and most of the sauces. The gf burger bun is really good. The chicken nuggets are all breast meat. Really good!

They use a dedicated fryer and items are marked gluten free on the menu.

All the food in the fryers is gluten free. The breading on the chicken strips and fired pickles is safe. Almost all the items on the menu are safe. For the burgers you just have to remove the bun. They also have GF buns. We will be eating here more.
