Dedicated fryer. Gluten free fried chicken sandwich— taste similar to what I remember having a chick fi la.

The person at the front explained to me that until a year ago, the fry sauce had malt vinegar in it, so it would have had gluten in it. He said that they’ve changed it out and now all of their sauces are gluten-free. This may explain why some of the earlier reviews had mentioned people getting sick / having cross-contamination. I was pleased, and we enjoyed fried pickles, the chicken nuggets, a hamburger with a gluten-free bun and fries! Too much fried food (lol), but it was delicious!

Got cross contaminated, avoid. Staff did not check to see what sauces might contain gluten until I asked if any had gluten.

They have GF chicken nuggets, dedicated frier and GF bun. I really enjoyed eating there and felt safe to eat the fries and nuggets.

I’ve been cross contaminated two visits, which is the point where I can’t give it another shot. I think the fries are actually safe, but cross contamination is rampant and they aren’t actually aware of the proper precautions.

Yes
Dedicated GF fryer with chicken tenders, tater tots, fries, pickles etc. I’m not sure I’d do a GF burger, but I was disappointed with the last reviewer’s comments since this is a go-to place for my daughter with celiac.
Yes
I got to the front of the line and was observing the open kitchen. Burgers and buns were on separate grills but the prep area was shared with the buns and toppings - when I asked if there was a separate area for GF orders to avoid cross-contamination I got a confused look. She told me that everything else was GF and would tell them but I felt really uncomfortable and left.
No
Gluten-free chicken tenders! And they're not dry and bland!
Was excited to find a Hat Creek in the area-especially for the kids. Always love getting a lettuce wrapped burger, tenders, fries, and fried pickles here! *Just know that the 'happy sauce' is not gf.
Very careful and knowledgeable about GF. Eaten here many times never gotten sick.

So nice to find gluten free chicken nuggets and fried pickles! The gluten-free hamburger buns are also great, but sometimes my favorite is the paleo bowl with hamburger patty, spinach, avocado, and cheese,
