I tried the fries and tater tots twice and had issues both times. Now I stick with the chicken burger on lettuce (no bun) and I haven’t had a reaction. Pretty good fast food, just a shame the fries aren’t gf safe.

This was my first place that’s not 100% gluten free after getting diagnosed with celiac- it was tasty and I had 0 reaction- they use different fryers for breaded/non-breaded but shakes are all the same blender!

All fried stuff is gluten-free, including their fried pickles and chicken nuggets. Can also get a gf fried chicken sandwich here bc they have the gf bun. Or you can get a burger with gf bun. So nice to have a gluten-free fast food/fried food place, because that is usually where I struggle to find something I can eat safely. I basically almost cried when I discovered Hat Creek’s gf options lol.

Got the fried chicken patty on GF bun and seasoned fries. I really enjoyed my meal especially getting to try it with the fry sauce and Hat sauce. Decided I liked the Hat sauce the best. Did not get sick. Avoid the happy sauce because I was advised that it is not gluten-free. In a previous review someone said the mustard was not GF so I avoided their mustard but that reviewer may have been referring to the Happy sauce.

This is the only fast food place I can eat without getting sick. Their chicken flashers and all the fried sides are gluten free because they use a corn based batter and there’s no cross contamination. All the sauces are Gf except for the mustard. Some shakes are gf but there is cross contamination from the shake machine.

It’s so nice to finally have a drive-thru burger again!! Never have gotten glutened and the GF buns are amazing! Just be up front about being Celiac/gluten allergy and they make sure you’re safe.

Morons for food allergies. Hand you a sheet for allergies with zero modifications done. So is basically useless for knowing what you can order. And can't tell you what is in the gluten free bun. I won't chance it here. Texas sucks for allergies.

I love this place. It’s my new favorite GF burger. We go so much now, they know my daughter’s name! Super friendly staff, and they know their stuff. Fries are delicious, and their sauces are great! Also, I’ve been doing low carb and their Paleo bowl is great!

Super easy and delicious! Very helpful gluten free menu, knowledgeable staff, dedicated friers. I had the chicken fingers and they were delicious!

Let them know it is an allergy when you order and they will prevent cross contamination. GF is marked on the menu and they have a dedicated fryer. The chicken flashers were good and I even tried fried pickles for the first time.

Hamburger bun did not fall apart and the meat had a good, fresh flavor. Chicken nuggets are very good too. Love the sauces especially the fry sauce. Staff is always friendly.

They are very gluten friendly. All of the sides are gluten-free and nothing with gluten is fried so the French fries are safe. GF is marked on the menu. The salad dressings are gluten-free, but the self-serve sauces over by the fountain machine are not. It appears that the grain burger is not gluten-free. But there are options for meat-eaters as noted on the menu.

Almost everything is GF. The Flashers are great. The hamburgers are good. All the sides are GF. For some crazy reason, however, the have all these GF options but no GF buns. Still really good.

Great if your craving chicken nuggets & deep fried pickles (they are as amazing as they sound). Always have had super friendly service and it's a fun location to take friends or family when they come into town.
