Review of Hattie B's Hot Chicken

Had a safe and delicious meal at Hattie B’s. They have grilled hot tenders and many sides marked GF on the menu. I had the grits, coleslaw, and fries (dedicated fryer!) which were all amazing. The cashier was very knowledgeable about GF/cross-contamination and yelled to the kitchen about my order. Seemed like they had a system in place for GF which made me feel good. They have to make a whole new batch of sauce to dunk your tenders in to avoid cross contamination which makes them take a while to come out but I was happy to wait for a safe meal. The dipping sauces are all GF and tasty, and the lemonade was delicious. I was surprised to have such a great meal at a busy chain like this!
