The server wasn't sure how to answer my questions, but the manager knew exactly how to to do cross contact precautions. She advised me on which entrees and sides would be safe for me. I had the churrasco with rice and beans. Delicious!

Our waiter was one of the owners. He was very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. He told me NOT to order the fried plantains as a side because they have a shared fryer. If your server seems unsure, just ask for a manager.
They do not use flour in their seasoning mixes or marinades. I ordered a chicken dish w/chimichurri sauce --no soy sauce -- but check with your server. He recommended a side salad in place of the plantains.
They were very accommodating! Lots of menu options for GF and DF with slight modifications.
For desert, you can get the flan. It has no cruse. I can't have dairy, so I passed.
