Was told by manager that all meats are gluten free minus the pork ribs due to the barbecue sauce that is on them. We stuck to the chicken and Turkey. The employees and manger on duty were very knowledgeable. They had no problem using clean knives and a clean cutting board.

Two visits. The brisket at this new location is dry. We had brisket, pork ribs, potato salad, and green beans. All were supposed to be GF. On first visit had pintos instead of green beans and was ok. After eating today, I made it to the parking lot but had to go back inside to be sick. Cannot recommend.

On advice of other reviewer, I stayed away from sauce and sausage. Turkey was great as were potato salad and green beans. Didn't see any bread on the counter, just under the pulled pork for sandwiches, so low risk of CC. Always a plus. Phenomenal brisket!

Talked to owner and was advised to stay away from the sausage and sauce. We ordered the ribs, turkey, & brisket (very moist!), along with potato salad and coleslaw. Such a great atmosphere and area for the kids!
