Loved the food here. They have a list of what is gluten free (all meats, sides: potato salad, collard greens, pinto beans, coleslaw). I had the brisket, beef rib and burnt ends with potato salad and pinto beans and really enjoyed it. I'm gluten sensitive, though we forgot to ask the servers about changing gloves etc (other half was ordering and forgot). However I was fine, but would say if you're celiac to double check with them. They were lovely and helpful. FYI the Bbq sauce on all tables is Not gluten free. The food doesn't need it though.

Gotta give this place a one. They are making you think the food is safe by listing what has gluten. But in the kitchen the workers are putting gluten stuff and non gluten stuff on plates with the same gloves. So they pick up some sausage which has gluten then pick up some brisket for your plate next, the oil from the sausage gets ALL over your food. So this place is just like every other place out there trying to convince you it is safe when it isnt. In fact its a bit more risky because the people at the front know what to say to make you feel safe. But their cross contamination is monumentally bad here. You might as well just order the gluten filled sausage. Epic fail for gluten free and honesty...i literally said i had an allergy. But the guy let me order anyway knowing full well this bad cross contamination existed.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I tell them I have a gluten allergy and ask if they can change gloves before preparing my order (usually brisket with side of baked beans). Never have had an issue so far and I’m pretty sensitive.

There’s a list on the board of items that contain gluten. That’s about as much as anyone knows about gluten. I asked a few questions of the woman at the counter and she had to ask a manager and they didn’t seem to know anything more. I had the chicken plate. It was delicious!! Best chicken I’ve ever had! I chose a side that wasn’t on the gluten list. I did not have any kind of reaction.

Great BBQ joint in Fort Worth. Plenty of gluten free options and clearly labeled on their menu on the wall (not on the digital version). I enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, potato salad. Unfortunately the BBQ isn’t gluten free.

I had a great experience here! There’s a sign that says which items contain gluten (but they need to include fries because they share a frier). So I got the brisket plate with beans and potato salad. Very good! No reactions at all. I also tried the burnt bacon ends, which I highly recommend!

Very tasty BBQ! Everything is GF except the sausage, sauce, and obvious sides (they are posted).
