Several options for brunch. Grit bowl is awesome as well as the vegan coconut parfait. Everything is labeled! Staff very knowledgeable. Lots of options for dinner as well. Shrimp skewers are one of my favorites and salmon as well

Great experience because the server and the chef were very knowledgeable about celiac. The food was delicious. I ordered the special, snapper, and they pan fried it so it wouldn’t be subject to cross contamination. They let us know there aren’t separate friers so we couldn’t have the crispy brussel sprouts but could have side version. Will definitely go back!

June 2022 Review: I’ve been back to Hello Monty a few times recently, and I have avoided everything fried due to a shared fryer. I haven’t gotten sick, and the food has been good. I’ve ordered the Springer Farms chicken dinner with a side of green beans, and I’ve also gotten the shrimp skewer appetizer. All very tasty, with no glutening afterwards! The Brussels sprouts appetizer does go in the fryer so be sure to avoid that if you have celiac.

November 2021 Review: This place opened recently, and it has a lot of good things going for it: great space/vibe, wonderful bartenders and waitstaff, and a delicious menu, which has gluten free items clearly marked. The staff seemed knowledgeable about celiac and flagged my order for a gluten allergy. The meal was amazing… phenomenal GF Brussel sprouts appetizer, great salad (no croutons), tender and flavorful GF chicken entree, great GF shareable side items (roasted potatoes and green beans), and a delicious GF and vegan panna cotta for dessert. The cocktails were also creative and made with super fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, I got extremely sick after eating here, so I was definitely exposed to gluten during my meal. I’m so bummed, because Hello Monty seemed almost too good to be true—perfect everything and a variety of GF options. I may try to come back in a few months, when they are more established, to give them another chance, but this has been the worst glutening I’ve had in ages.

Wonderful meal! I shared plates with family and friends, and didn't have trouble finding lots to eat. Watch out though, the Brussels sprout appetizer is fried, and though it is gf (labeled as such) the fryer is used for other (not gf) items.
