A separate Gluten Free menu provided with GF condiments available and a GF bun! Also if you tell them about other food allergies they might be knowledgable or they might ask the cook. The fries aren't GF. The Special GF bun- once you get your order you should eat it right away or else it will get soggy and messy. I always ask them to extra toast my bun. I'd rather have my bun crispy and slightly 'burnt' than soggy.
I have eaten here many times as a celiac, it is as safe as you can get. The owners and staff understand cross-contamination and have excellent procedures in place, always changing gloves, preparing in a separate area, etc. The burgers are excellent as well! The Hero website has a gluten free menu, even the veggie burgers are GF, which isn't common. I feel as safe here as eating in my GF home!
Yes
There was a sign listing GF items and burger condiments. Staff explained how they cook burgers on a dedicated part so no cross contamination with breads. It was expensive with extra charge for GF bun but I was happy to have it again.

Unprofessional staff, out of gluten buns, no service in french in the biggest city in Quebec... would not feel safe at all to eat here as celiac sufferer.
