High Velocity has gluten-free buns and the taco salad is gluten-free. They do not have a gluten-free menu per se.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

Warm welcome. Had a gluten-free menu. Ordered a gluten-free burger and a gluten-free beer. Burger was okay. Waitress brought me the wrong beer. Drank half of it before I did realize the mistake. Won’t recommend to any coeliac.

Not celiac friendly. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. Our waitress didn't understand why they couldn't simply take the fries off of my plate.

GF menu. Had a burger. No bun but GF bread that wasn't toasted (good sign). Bread wasn't great but clearly GF. courteous staff. Good food

While they do have gluten free buns for burgers, I tend not to like them. The bread has a bland taste, even more than most gluten free bread to me. Also, it seemed to fall apart when the burger juices started to soak into it.
The fish tacos are pretty hit and miss. Some times they are great, others not so much.
Overall the service is friendly and helpful. The restaurant tends to get busy depending upon what convention is in town and on Friday and Saturday night games.
If you make sure to tell them you are Celiac, they actually put it on the ticket. They have a separate menu, and I had the fish tacos app. I'm writing this several days later and know I didn't get glutened there.

They had a great selection of gluten free offerings. And their staff was knowledgeable.
