We’ve stayed at the resort twice. There are plenty of GF options noted at both restaurants and the kitchen is more than happy to make accommodations. Justin at Calusa is awesome and very knowledge.
Note that the yucca fries and corn tortilla chips are not made in a separate GF fryer.

They say that they have gluten free but they do not anywhere at the resort. The only thing you may or not be be able to get here is a gf salad and french toast. Tried to get the French toast and I was told that the chef had already made the batter for the morning and had used the batter for non gf bread and that they were not willing to make new batter to accommodate an allergy. The supervisor had to be called to talk with the chef. Tried ordering a hamburger and they not only made it completely wrong but had clearly put non gluten free French fries on the plate and taken them off leaving pieces of the non gf fries on the plate cross contaminating the burger. Do not recommend eating at any place in this resort as most staff are not knowledgeable or accommodating.

Catered well to all my allergies. Waiter was amazing and attentive and able to get everything I ordered plain. Had oysters, KC steak and roasted purple potatoes.

Dry rocks is gluten free and the waitress was super helpful.
Ate breakfast here 3x at Calusa and dinner once at Dry Rocks. Breakfast was good - they had GF bread, which is an option both as a side or for the avocado toast. Dry Rocks was the best - I got the steak tacos on corn tortillas. So delicious!
Great meal ... Knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Excellent service.

Only meal we've eaten here is breakfast as we are staying at this resort. Not really a 5 star out of taste, very simple meal. They have a few gluten free menu options, but they served us eggs, Udi's toast, sausage or bacon. Very helpful, they were willing to cook us stuff separately. They have a few menu options for lunch and dinner as well, but there's so many delicious restaurants in this area that can do gluten free that we just haven't stayed for dinner, but safe breakfast every morning.
