We stayed at the resort and my daughter with CD ate safely each day. The manager managed every meal and reassured us they handle CD GF all the time and work with the head chef for assured safety. She ate breakfast potatoes, eggs, bacon and GF toast. For lunch salads with chicken and added fresh avocado, dinner, burger with GF bun and side salad. They make in-house GF herb vinaigrette dressing that we recommend. We felt safe and the food was very good.

They have GF bread and rolls for sandwiches/burgers. They prepared me breakfast potato’s in the morning that were not put in fryer. Ask and they were very helpful!
Like other reviewers said, the staff has no knowledge and there is no gf menu and not many options. I was glad to know this beforehand so I made sure to eat a snack before the meal and ordered a salad.
No
Staff was not knowledgeable and there were really no GF options that were safe.
No
No options, other then one or two things.
No
Poor service. Servers not knowledgeable. Limited options.
Gluten free if you like fruit and salads otherwise no other options! It bothers me that they get a gluten free shout out when they only have those options.
I was pleasantly surprised by being able to eat GF on site at the Hilton. Limited menu, but items clearly marked as GF. Also, almost everything can be modified to be GF. They have GF bread (no up charge), they can do pizza, they have GF penne, though it was a bit chewy. They have ice cream and creme brûlée for dessert. Plus the usual stuff like fish and salad.
