I had high hopes from the reviews and the menu but was disappointed that the staff, although trying their best, weren’t very knowledgeable about cross contact and what did/didn’t have gluten. It says the nachos can be made gluten free but upon asking they were still planning on frying the chips in the shared fryer (no dedicated). They also list the fried brussels as GF but they are in the share fryer as well. We got the smoked salmon dip with veggies and potato chips which was great of them to accommodate, but I didn’t feel super safe in general given lack of knowledge. Also, all of the GF beers are described as “malty”—touchy word to use for us celiacs! Overall it was nice to be accommodated but feel like the staff wasn’t as knowledgeable as they could be given the indications on the menu.

Two beers on tap, a hazy ipa and a brown, both great and sold in cans too. Accommodating with a decent gf bun and chips - fries share a fryer. A lot of their sauces are made with their gluten beers but could be left off. Good place in an awesome location.

I have been here multiple times and I am Celiac. I always order the pizza and a Moscow mule and the staff is very accommodating, and this is one of the few places I never get sick at!!

Ate here before a Packer Game. Staff was knowledgeable about menu options. They had a GF beer on tap too.

I have celiac and got the gluten free beer and didn’t get sick. I didn’t try the food so I don’t know if that’s celiac safe. As far as the beer they have a chemist sanitize the equipment and have it on a dedicated tap. I didn’t ask about the food because I ate beforehand.
Service was excellent and knowledgeable. She saved me from ordering something that looked safe, but wasn’t!

Hinterland is right across the street from Lambeau Field inside of Titletown. Waitress was very knowledgeable on GF and made recommendations for us. Would definitely eat here again. The burger was great.
Had gluten free pizza, separate prep and cooking ,also a great salad
Staff was extremely knowledgeable. Chef took extra steps to prepare separately. Excellent experience.
