I had high hopes from the reviews and the menu but was disappointed that the staff, although trying their best, weren’t very knowledgeable about cross contact and what did/didn’t have gluten. It says the nachos can be made gluten free but upon asking they were still planning on frying the chips in the shared fryer (no dedicated). They also list the fried brussels as GF but they are in the share fryer as well. We got the smoked salmon dip with veggies and potato chips which was great of them to accommodate, but I didn’t feel super safe in general given lack of knowledge. Also, all of the GF beers are described as “malty”—touchy word to use for us celiacs! Overall it was nice to be accommodated but feel like the staff wasn’t as knowledgeable as they could be given the indications on the menu.
