No knowledge of celiac or preparing gluten-free food. I asked and got the glazed over eyes when I mentioned "gluten-free" and "cross contamination," which was a big red flag. Don't bother.
If I recall correctly, they did have a gluten free menu when I was there. It was pretty limited and the waitstaff were not terribly knowledgeable. However, I didn't get sick from what I ordered.
