The best pizza place hands-down! They make their gluten-free dough/crust by hand. They also offer homemade vegan cheeses, such as ricotta and mozzarella (Though I haven’t tried any of them, my brother with a lactose intolerance swears by it!). Everything is phenomenal and you can’t go wrong! I don’t tend to worry too much about cross contamination (I’m not celiac, so sometimes I risk it and decide if I want to face the consequences), and while there is a risk since it is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, I’ve never felt “glutened.” Basically, you’re pretty safe from cross-contamination as long as you voice your allergy.

They were very clear that gluten free pizzas are completely exposed to cross contamination from the prep and handling, surfaces and pizza oven. When I asked about precautions for any of the other gluten free items (i.e. wings and salads) they responded that there are no guarantees. I do not feel safe eating here but at-least they were up front about it.

Did not have gluten free crust, the only GF options were wings and salad but wings were not good.

They could make any pizza on gluten free crust and said it was on a special pan, although it was cooked in the same oven. I had it twice and felt fine each time. The crust had a charred flavor that I’ve been missing in gf crust that was phenomenal and they offered house made vegan cheese too.
