Ordered rustic seafood stew. When asked they explained that there is no gluten in the stew. They do not offer gf bread. The food was delicious

The staff were super nice and assured me that a majority of the menu was gluten free as long as I avoided fried items and bread. A few hours later and I feel very sick, there must be some type of cross contamination in the kitchen. I got the seafood stew (without bread) and the halibut fish special.

I’ve been before for the oysters and the whole Dungeness crab and had no issues. Go for the cold seafood but I would avoid the cooked items if you are celiac.

We have eaten at a couple of their locations and never had a problem. Staff can tell you what is safe and seemed to be trained to avoid cross-contamination. The seafood stew is a favorite!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Staff was unwilling to wash their hands to run one plate. When I spoke with the manager she said they could prepare the food to be celiac safe, but there was bread everywhere and the runners would have to deliver my plate bc they were understaffed and she was not going to ask my server to wash her hands once before bringing me my plate bc it would be too much.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and let us know what we can have. Obviously oysters are naturally gluten free, but some of the cooked ones have gluten toppings, so be sure to ask what you can have. Great food and ambiance too!

Amazing clam chowder and oysters! The clam chowder is one of the best I have tried. It is a little heavy on the butter and salt without bread to eat with it, but I still really enjoyed it.

Clam chower is a safe gluten free. However, you should note that there were not much other gluten free choices apart from the oyster dishes.

The gluten free clam chowder is AMAZING! Our waiter was awesome and recommended great oysters. I'm also in love with the Mighty Dry Cider they have. Would eat that chowder everyday if I could.

Waiter challenged me to compare the clam chowder to bostons. Theirs won. Went there for happy hour and wound up with a full meal.

A bit pricey, but great clam chowder, the only GF chowder we could find in the area. Oysters were good and gluten free as well.

This is one of my all time favorites. I ALWAYS get the clam chowder. It is made fresh to order so getting sick is really low. Oysters are also GF. Not really my thing. If you want fresh clam chowder this is your place.
