Fries are not fried in a dedicated fryer they also fry breaded fish. The sides that are gluten free are potato salad coleslaw and side salad and baked beans. All their sauces and dressings are gluten free.

The staff was knowledgeable and what the waitress didn’t know she was willing to ask the cook about. The sauces are hand made so they know all of the ingredients. They have fries, beans, and potato salad that are gluten free. They were also knowledgeable about other allergens such as soy. It’s an incredible, locally owned, delicious, safe barbecue joint.

Service was great. The owner came out to visit with us. All his sauces are gluten free. Everything is made from scratch on site. Reasonably priced. We'll be back the next time we roll through Battle Creek.
