May be the best restaurant in Santa Cruz and they understand GF and CC. Pasta is precooked before shifts and reheated in a separate pan (and still better than any pasta I can make). Most sauces are GF, and most things on the menu can be made GF. Dedicated fryer and hands down the best fried chicken in town. 2 of the 3 desserts when we went were GF. Cannot recommend this enough.
