Review of Honest Biscuits

I was super nervous eating here. They make the regular biscuits RIGHT NEXT to the prep area, including adding and mixing wheat flour. I would just assume a high chance of some cross contamination.

However, my Celiac son (highly sensitive) had the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. He did not get sick and said it was good enough to eat again.

I’m Celiac’s as well and had the ham sandwich. The biscuit was delicious. The ham was okay.

My two other children had the fried chicken biscuit sandwich. They both agreed the biscuit was good, but the chicken was greasy.

Overall, I’m not sure I would eat here again. It was fairly expensive, and the food was good, but not excellent. The risk of cross contamination is too great for me.
