My first biscuit in 9 years, since being diagnosed with celiac! I had the gf chicken sandwich biscuit. It was huge and very filling. It’s a fabulous quick breakfast spot.

These biscuits are so amazing, you can’t even tell they are GF! I had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a GF biscuit, it was so soft and buttery, not crumbly or dry at all. My husband who can eat gluten ate the GF biscuit also and said he couldn’t tell the difference. They assured me the items are prepped on separate surfaces with all GF ingredients, but they are baked in the same oven as non-GF biscuits so you have to decide if you’re comfortable with that risk. They also stated all items can be made GF except the vegan option. A must-visit if you are GF in Seattle!

Ask for top and bottom of the biscuit to be covered in foil to avoid cc through the warming conveyor
Oh. My. Gosh. Are these really gluten free??? Wonderful texture and taste. For once the gluten free option was not excessively priced; only 50 cents more for gluten free. I had a delicious bacon egg and cheese biscuit and then I bought four more biscuits to take home to eat over the weekend. They gave me instructions to wrap them in plastic wrap for storing. The oven is the preferred method of reheating.

Amazing! Didn’t get sick, which is the biggest thing. But flavor was great. I got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a gf biscuit. Came out hot and the biscuit was flakey on the outside and soft/doughy on the inside. Id recommend this place.

Great little place. I got the fried chicken sandwich on a biscuit. I added pimento to mine. Knowledgeable staff. Assured me the only thing that goes in the fryer is the gf fried chicken. It was so juicy. The biscuit was really good as well. Like, makes you scared it isn't actually gf good 😂

Wow wow wow. This place was amazing. I wish I hadn’t waisted a breakfast at biscuit bitch and only gone here every morning. The crab melt was perfect…sharp cheddar and perfectly flavored. The next morning I asked if the gf fried chicken was fried in the same fryer as the regular chicken and was told all of the fried chicken is gf. Every time they swapped their gloves and seemed to be very thorough to avoid cc. The gf biscuits are also kept on the top rack of all the biscuits so no crumbs fall on them. Never got sick. Wanted to go back again the third morning but they’re closed Tuesdays and Saturdays. You can buy the gf biscuit mix on their site and made gf biscuits through goldbelly.
Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was tasty. Nice to have a biscuit that actually tastes like a biscuit. Will eat here again.

The biscuits were not good, very greasy and not much on them. They make the gf biscuits in the same place as the one with gluten. So if you are celiac, dont go there! I got sick for a couple of days :(

I visited a couple days ago and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit along with a caramel latte. It was really good and I didn’t get sick at all. They really seemed to understand when I explained how sensitive I am (I am a very sensitive celiac)

I loved this place! I got an egg and cheese on their gf biscuit and it was delicious—I was so excited to eat a biscuit for the first time in years!! They were careful to label my food as an allergy to avoid cross contamination which I appreciated (I have celiac). They have gf cheese grits and gf fried chicken as well as the gf biscuits.

So delicious! I said I have celiac and was immediately told how they handle that to keep me safe. While not 100% GF, I felt very safe eating there. Tasty biscuit sandwich with Gf fried chicken on it. If I get the chance, I’ll be back!

Visited on a recent trip to Seattle. They offer regular and GF biscuits. Any of their sandwiches can be made in either. I tried the GF biscuit and thought it actually had more flavor than the regular.

Visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The place wasn't crowded and we were able to get a table inside as it was chilly to sit outside. The GF biscuits were TO DIE FOR! So soft and just yummy! We ordered Mexican Breakfast Sandwich, Fried Chicken biscuit, Biscuit And Southern Gravyand the Vegetarian sandwich. All were delicious! Will come back again.

Wow. These are life changing. I loved biscuits pre celiac diagnosis and I could cry these were so good. They were really kind and attentive when I told them it was a gluten allergy. They bake it in a separate oven and change gloves and use different foil. And the biscuits… wow. Flaky and crispy outside. Fluffy buttery inside. We got them for breakfast and then again for lunch. They were that good!

Are you serious these are GF! Best biscuit I’ve ever had! Unless you are vegan I’d avoid the lentil gravy. Just my thoughts, not very breakfast like. Years later back again! Love these and can’t say enough about the quality! Can order from gold belly for delivery nationwide too!

Yummy biscuit, some risks in process.
Separate knife, tongs, foil line for gf tray in oven.
Change gloves but pull cheese and other ingredients with gloves for prior order so some risks. Just got butter and jelly to reduce chances.
Biscuits were delicious, nice views.

I haven’t had a biscuit in over 8 years since my diagnosis and this GF biscuit was delicious!! Not dry and large in size. You can get a variety of items on your biscuit so I got a SEC. They said they take allergies very seriously, so even though it is a shared kitchen, I felt safe and I didn’t get sick at all. Highly recommend for a quick bite.

Been here a number of times. Everyone's description matches my experience. They are not dedicated, but they are aware, and take precautions but it's still a risk. If you're extremely sensitive, you might want to skip.
That said, biscuits and gravy are always tasty, and I've yet to have a (identifiable) reaction. I've probably gone there a dozen times over the past year or two.

Delicious GF fried chicken and biscuit. I DO have Celiac and can have a strong sensitivity to gluten exposure and can report after 3 hours of enjoying this meal I have had no reaction. As noted in other reviews, I would like to note that the store the Gf biscuits below other biscuits but when I mentioned this, the team member kindly provided me a fresh biscuit. Cross contamination could be an issue here as a heads up!!

The chef was so kind and knowledgeable about gluten. A true southern chef and owner. GF items are baked early in the morning before other items and carefully handled. We enjoyed the crab melt and fried chicken so much the first day that we came back a second day for breakfast. Amazing quality and so many GF options. Pimento cheese and grits for sides- delicious!

Do not eat here if you're celiac. The gf biscuits are on the top rack and close to the gluten containing items. There is airborne flour. I took a risk despite the obvious and have been sick all day because of it.

I was super nervous eating here. They make the regular biscuits RIGHT NEXT to the prep area, including adding and mixing wheat flour. I would just assume a high chance of some cross contamination.
However, my Celiac son (highly sensitive) had the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. He did not get sick and said it was good enough to eat again.
I’m Celiac’s as well and had the ham sandwich. The biscuit was delicious. The ham was okay.
My two other children had the fried chicken biscuit sandwich. They both agreed the biscuit was good, but the chicken was greasy.
Overall, I’m not sure I would eat here again. It was fairly expensive, and the food was good, but not excellent. The risk of cross contamination is too great for me.
