Dinner was excellent and the service was outstanding. The server marked a menu for me with gluten and dairy free options. There were many options that they could change slightly to accommodate my needs. There was even a gluten + dairy free dessert: almond panna cotta with raspberry and cardamom. The menu is always changing.
All of the items our group shared were delicious, and the sauces on the side were an easy way to accommodate my needs and let others in the group have their dairy toppings.
The hot dolmas with lamb were amazing, and the Brussels sprouts with eggplant were to die for.

I don’t often eat out in Burlington since there’s no dedicated GF options, and I’ve found celiac oriented service to be very lacking. But a friend was visiting and wanted to try Honey Road - I figured I’d join for just a drink. But when I asked out of curiosity, I was SO pleasantly surprised and I have to recommend Honey Road as a celiac safe option! the servers were very kind and knowledgeable, and there were a ton of GF options on the menu, which they marked up. They understood cross contamination. The food and drink was truly amazing, definitely the best I have had in Burlington. I felt good after the meal and the next day, so I highly recommend. I’m giving 5 safety stars with the context that it’s not a dedicated facility - so 5 for their measures and offerings, knowing there’s always some risk in a kitchen with gluten.

The waitstaff was very knowledgeable and conscientious about cross contamination. They marked up a special menu for me including what dishes could be modified and what couldn’t. They took special care to prepare my dishes in a separate area, and everything tasted amazing! They have a rotating menu too, so you’ll always find new options to try.

Amazing food! They don't have a separate gf menu (menu changes daily) but they server marked a copy with everything I could order and it was at least half the menu, including three dessert options. It was very noisy which bothered my husband, and the chairs are not fat friendly, but the food was worth ti.
The falafel was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted and the wings were worth the second trip. Pro tip— wings are $1 between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. You’re welcome.

Honey Road is one of my favorite higher end restaurants in Burlington so I'm so happy to have found they are Celiac friendly after my recent diagnosis. As others have mentioned they don't label what items are gluten free on the menu (I'd imagine this is because they use fresh local ingredients so the menu changes frequently) but as soon as I told our server that I had was Celiac she went back to the kitchen to find out what items were GF or could be adapted to be, and marked a menu for me. Sadly a few of my past favorite items were now off limits BUT I still had most of the menu to choose from and everything I ordered was delicious.

Really great, delicious, quality Mediterranean food. The menu is not marked, but if you ask what is gluten free the waitresses will go through the entire menu with you and there is A LOT to choose from that is GF. When they bring the food out they specifically tell you what is gluten free. The ice cream dessert with caramel and pistachios was absolutely amazing.

Delicious, creative food, plenty of gluten free choices. I was unfamiliar with some of the menu items so I called in advance to ask about gluten free options. When I arrived for dinner, they handed me a menu they'd annotated to let me know which dishes I could eat. They also asked if I were true Celiac in order to understand how careful they needed to be in the kitchen. So thoughtful! I had many more choices than I typically do at a restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt great afterwards so clearly they were as careful as they intended to be. I will definitely go in the future. The only reason it's four not five stars is that allergens are not directly indicated on the menu - I had to ask. But a winner if you do ask.
