Went twice for breakfast on a weekend in the winter. Got eggs and taylor’s ham. Servers were knowledgable and able to tell me what could and could not be made gluten free. Understood needs for celiac. Did not get sick either time and food was good!

This was my first time eating here and it was terrific! Our server, Heather, was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the GF options with me. The raspberry chocolate chip pancakes were awesome - very light and tasty. They are open year round so I will be back for one of our off-season jaunts.

I love eating here since they have gluten free pancakes in several flavors. The food comes out marked as gluten free and the staff seems knowledgeable. My son and I love it here and I’ve never gotten sick after. The food is very good!

We come here all the time with both our kiddos, 1 celiac 1 not. They both love it. Great pancakes and great eggs. Unfortunately no gluten free bread. But most importantly they are amazing with our kids every single time.

Our family of four are here twice during our stay in OCNJ. My daughter has celiac and her reactions are swift and severe for her. Hooked on Breakfast immediately asked if if this was an allergy and then went right into how they could support her while there. They have so many options. Everything we had was amazing including the gluten free. My daughter had zero issues! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone with celiac. Oh and the staff was amazing!!

Ate breakfast here during our OCNJ vacation. Daughter has Celiac and I also eat GF. So many pancake options! Server was knowledgable and told us we could have any kind of pancakes listed on the menu except the pumpkin. My daughter got chocolate chip pancakes with strawberries and I got strawberry pancakes. We both had scrambled eggs as well. Food was delicious! All of our food came out with GF flags. We had 2 other people with us who got non-GF food and they loved their food as well. Will definitely be a must visit for us from now on!

Great gf options. My gf kids got the pancakes - one got raspberry and choc chip, the other got nutella, bananas, chocolate, and pecans. Everyone loved it! No one got sick. Plates were clearly marked on the menu and also plates were marked with allergy alert stickers.

They had lots of pancake options. Unfortunately mine weren’t cooked. The batter was still wet. I just got plain pancakes and could tell the taste wasn’t great. They offered to re-make them but I had lost my appetite 😕

When I said I was gluten free they immediately asked if I had celiac! Pointed out everything that could/ could not be made gluten free and what to avoid (like the shared fryer). Had an excellent meal of pancakes!

There were a lot of gluten free breakfast options. The manager read through the menu with me, pointing out what could be made gluten free. I was assured that they have their own dedicated griddle for gluten free cooking. The service was fast and friendly. It was hard to choose which gluten free pancakes I wanted, because there were so many choices! I went with the peanut butter chocolate pancakes, and they were amazing.

Server was great and when uncertain, she immediately went back to check with the kitchen about what would be safe options for me.

The omelets are GF and made in their own separate pans. She suggested avoiding the scrambles as they are typically made on a shared grill space. She also said to avoid the homefries in particular as they are cooked in a shared fryer.

GF pancakes were available and made in a separate cook space.

I got an omelet and fruit as my side and gluten free pancakes.

When served, the server confirmed that my husbands pancakes were not GF for my awareness.

When my entrees came out, my omelet and pancakes both had gluten free flags on them.

Overall, great experience and some of the best breakfast food I’ve had. I think there is something for everyone on the menu.

On this site and their website I was under the impression that they had a dedicated fryer as well as gf waffles but neither of those is the case. Gf pancakes only and stated cross contamination is possible in fryer.

My daughter got the gf chocolate chip Mickey pancakes. They reminded me of the Krusteaz confetti cakes: taste good at first but a bitter aftertaste. She covered them with whipped cream and it made them better.

Cute establishment. Great hospitality. The Gluten Free pancakes were very good, and happy it was minus the nut flour. Omelettes were also very good and my daughter especially liked the Tuesdays special sushi crepes. Will be back! 👍

Simply amazing breakfast place in Ocean City! The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! They have a dedicated grill for gluten free items and the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable.

My Celiac daughter completely wolfed down her Chunky Monkey pancakes, and she is an exceptionally picky eater 😀

Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free food and cross-contamination concerns. We were told that omelettes and pancakes are the safest as they can be prepared on a separate surface or pan. We were told that the fryer and waffle iron would have cross-contamination issues. We were also told that sandwiches and burgers can be served on a bed of greens. They do not carry gf bread due to lack of space. We will be back!

Hooked on Breakfast is an amazing breakfast spot for Celiacs and gluten free customers. Staff is very helpful about talking you through gluten free choices. The pancakes are cooked on a separate griddle dedicated to gluten free. I have had celiac for over 12 years and this is my favorite breakfast spot. I have also had omelets and bacon without feeling sick. I highly recommend this restaurant!
